SC has made it amply clea...I have to disagree here. SC has made it amply clear in its judgement that it has *not* gone into the merits or otherwise of the palmolein case. The pertinent point is simply this - how can you appoint someone as the topmost anti-graft watchdog who himself has corruption cases pending against him? The defence put forward by Mr Thomas - that more than 1/3rd of current MPs are proclaimed offenders - was laughable.
